Lulo Swimwear donates 10% from every purchase to poverty stricken children in our beloved Colombia.

We are a hands on company. We take the time to personally deliver any donations, goods, food, clothing, etc (we never just hand out money).

Lulo swimwear donations

We try to help in any way we can when  organizations in our hometown of Pereira ask for  help. In the year of 2016 we put much of our focus in a great organization that works hard everyday to change the future of the lives of the children they help, whom otherwise without their help they would face; no education, starvation, abuse, and even death.

Tepichi is one of the latest fundations we were able to contribute to. This organization helps WAYU indigenous children in one of the poorest sectors of Colombia, La Guajira.

The harsh arid climate makes it impossible to cultivate food and find clean sources of drinking water. The deaths of children in La Guajira have increased tremendously in the last 5 years. From the sales Lulo made in 2016, we were able to help them in various ways. In April, we traveled to this area were we installed water filters; now over 60 children and nursing mothers have access to clean water for the next 5 years. In September we donated can goods and milk to the families most affected by starvation. This past Christmas we collected toys here in the US and sent them.we attempted to help the children by easing their minds off the harsh reality and remind them that they are still children.
